1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website building services provided by ZenWeb.ai, operated by Bluerise Techlead Software Solutions L.L.C ("ZenWeb.ai", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Dubai, UAE under License No. 992647, issued by the Department of Economy & Tourism.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

ZenWeb.ai provides website creation services for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), including:

• AI Basic: AI-powered single-page bilingual website generation with domain, hosting, and SSL.
• Manual Pro: Custom website built by our team (5-10 pages) with personalised content, domain, hosting, and SSL.
• Enterprise: Fully customised multi-page solution with advanced features, tailored to your business requirements.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• AI Basic: Payment is required after reviewing the generated preview website.
• Manual Pro: No upfront payment is required. Payment is enabled only after the customer approves the preview built by our team.
• Enterprise: Payment terms are agreed upon individually based on project scope.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe payment gateway.

4. Domain Registration

• Domain registration is processed only after successful payment.
• Domain ownership is subject to the registrar's terms and conditions.
• Domain availability is checked in real-time but cannot be guaranteed until registration is complete.
• Annual domain renewal fees apply and will be communicated prior to renewal.

5. Hosting & SSL

• First year of hosting and SSL certificate is included in all plans.
• Hosting is provided through Cloudflare infrastructure.
• Annual renewal fees apply after the first year.
• We reserve the right to suspend hosting for non-payment of renewal fees after reasonable notice.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content, images, and logos you provide to us.
• AI-generated content is provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing its accuracy.
• Website templates and design frameworks remain the intellectual property of ZenWeb.ai.
• You grant us a licence to use your content solely for the purpose of building and hosting your website.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete business information.
• Ensure all uploaded content (images, logos, text) does not infringe third-party rights.
• Comply with UAE laws and regulations regarding online business presence.
• Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ZenWeb.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or revenue.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your website may be taken offline, and any associated data may be deleted after a 30-day notice period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
