Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At ZenWeb.ai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your website. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all service plans.

2. AI Basic Plan (AED 899)

  • You can preview your AI-generated website with a watermark before making any payment.
  • Payment is only required after you are satisfied with the preview.
  • Includes 1 complimentary manual revision within 3 months of purchase. This covers content updates, image changes, or layout adjustments — submit your request via WhatsApp or email.
  • Once payment is made and the website is deployed, refunds are available within 7 days if significant issues are found that cannot be resolved.
  • Domain registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the domain has been registered. The domain registrar (Cloudflare / Namecheap) charges us immediately and we cannot recover this cost. Approximate cost deducted from any refund: ~AED 35 / ₹800 / $10 USD per .com domain. You retain ownership of the domain regardless of the refund — we will transfer it to a registrar of your choice on request.

3. Manual Pro Plan (AED 1,499)

  • No payment is taken upfront. You only pay after reviewing and approving the custom-built preview.
  • You may request unlimited revisions before approving the preview (up to 2 rounds included, additional rounds may incur charges).
  • If you are not satisfied with the preview, you may cancel at no cost before payment.
  • After payment and deployment, refunds are available within 14 days if major issues are identified that we cannot resolve.
  • Domain registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the domain has been registered. You retain full ownership of the registered domain even if the website service is refunded.

4. Enterprise Plan (Custom Pricing)

  • Enterprise projects follow a milestone-based payment structure agreed upon in the project proposal.
  • Pricing and refund terms are defined in the individual service agreement.
  • Cancellation before project completion may result in charges for work already completed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable once processed, as we incur direct costs paid to third-party providers:

  • Domain registration fees: Once a domain is registered with the registrar (Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.), we have already paid the annual fee and cannot recover it. Approximate cost: AED 35 / ₹800 / $10 USD for .com domains (varies by TLD). The domain remains your property — we will transfer it to your preferred registrar on request.
  • Hosting infrastructure: Cloudflare Workers, R2 storage, and SSL certificate provisioning costs already incurred at the time of refund request.
  • Payment gateway fees: Stripe (~3%) and Razorpay (~2%) charges are non-recoverable from the gateway after settlement and will be deducted from any refund issued.
  • AI content generation costs: OpenAI/Anthropic API charges already incurred for your specific content.
  • Custom development work that has been completed and delivered (Manual Pro / Enterprise plans).
  • Third-party integrations: Premium licenses, fonts, photos, or plugins purchased on your behalf.

⚠️ Maximum refundable amount after deducting non-refundable items above is approximately 70-80% of the original transaction, depending on plan and stage. Refunds requested before domain registration or content generation are typically refundable in full (minus payment gateway fees).

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at support@zenweb.ai with your reference number and reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period.
  • We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

7. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your website service at any time by contacting us.
  • Upon cancellation, your website will remain live until the end of the current hosting period.
  • We will provide a 30-day notice before removing any website from our servers.
  • You may request a full export of your website content before cancellation.

8. Hosting Renewal

  • Hosting and domain renewal invoices are sent 30 days before expiry.
  • If renewal is not paid within 15 days of expiry, the website may be suspended.
  • Websites suspended for non-payment will be retained for 30 days before data deletion.

9. Applicable Jurisdiction

India customers are protected under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

UAE / GCC / Rest of World customers are governed by UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020). Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.
