Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At ZenWeb.ai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your website. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all service plans.

2. AI Basic Plan (AED 2,000)

• You can preview your AI-generated website with a watermark before making any payment.
• Payment is only required after you are satisfied with the preview.
• Includes 1 complimentary manual revision within 3 months of purchase. This covers content updates, image changes, or layout adjustments — submit your request via WhatsApp or email.
• Once payment is made and the website is deployed, refunds are available within 7 days if significant issues are found that cannot be resolved.
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered.

3. Manual Pro Plan (AED 3,000)

• No payment is taken upfront. You only pay after reviewing and approving the custom-built preview.
• You may request unlimited revisions before approving the preview (up to 2 rounds included, additional rounds may incur charges).
• If you are not satisfied with the preview, you may cancel at no cost before payment.
• After payment and deployment, refunds are available within 14 days if major issues are identified that we cannot resolve.
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered.

4. Enterprise Plan (Custom Pricing)

• Enterprise projects follow a milestone-based payment structure agreed upon in the project proposal.
• Pricing and refund terms are defined in the individual service agreement.
• Cancellation before project completion may result in charges for work already completed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once processed:

• Domain registration fees (once the domain is registered with the registrar).
• Third-party service fees (SSL certificates, premium integrations).
• Custom development work that has been completed and delivered.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Contact us at hello@zenweb.ai with your reference number and reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period.
• We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel your website service at any time by contacting us.
• Upon cancellation, your website will remain live until the end of the current hosting period.
• We will provide a 30-day notice before removing any website from our servers.
• You may request a full export of your website content before cancellation.

8. Hosting Renewal

• Hosting and domain renewal invoices are sent 30 days before expiry.
• If renewal is not paid within 15 days of expiry, the website may be suspended.
• Websites suspended for non-payment will be retained for 30 days before data deletion.
